Where can I ship/send my items?
For now, we are operating in the U.S., so we deliver your orders only in the U.S.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping for our store products.

When will I receive my items?
Your order will be delivered between 15 and 22 days from the day of the purchase.

Is my payment secure?
Yes, your payment is secure. Our store uses Shopify Payments, which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. Level 1 is the highest level of compliance, meaning that we use the strictest compliance standards to protect our customers' card information. Our store also has PayPal Express Checkout, which is a secure payment method that uses a variety of security measures such as SSL encryption and fraud detection.

Can I return my items?
Yes, you can only if you are within the return period and if your product is eligible for a return. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If the return is due to store/supplier error (e.g. defective/damaged item, wrong product delivered, etc.), the store/supplier will cover the return shipping fee. However, if the return is due to a customer issue (e.g. wrong item ordered, customer remorse, customer damaging item, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, and it will be deducted from their refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
